
Assist, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Doug Rhea, whose passion for computer technology inspired him to establish a company dedicated to providing high-quality IT support. From the beginning, Doug’s mission was twofold: to deliver exceptional service to clients and to foster a positive, supportive environment for his employees.
In 2003, Doug’s son, David Rhea, joined the business. Father and son worked side by side for 18 years until Doug’s passing. Gary Oliver, a close friend of Doug’s, was also a long-time contributor to the company, working alongside Doug both formally and informally over the years. Today, Gary manages the business and continues to support clients with IT services. David, now a seasoned technician with over 20 years of experience at Assist, Inc., remains a key part of the team.
